Knoxville-Knox County Office of Housing Stability announces winter warming center plans

" The Knoxville-Knox County Office of Housing Stability and Homeless Coalition has announced its plans for the winter warming center effort, including locations and operating hours." According to a release from the office, warming centers will be open on nights when temperatures fall to 25 degrees or below. This will begin Dec. 1, depending on the site, and run through Feb. 28."
